Shipping & Returns Policy

Postage costs

For all orders within the Netherlands, we charge €6.95 in shipping costs. Shipping to Belgium is €9.45.

We ship all our products as parcels via PostNL. This includes a Track & Trace code, which you will receive by email after the parcel has been shipped.

Delivered, but not received?

If we delivered your package to a PostNL point, we will receive a shipping receipt for your package, which we will also keep as proof of delivery. If your track & trace code indicates your package has been delivered and you claim otherwise, we are not liable for your package.


Delivery time

Orders placed on a business day before 4:00 PM will be shipped today with PostNL. You will receive the track & trace code by email to the email address you provided. We will not ship handmade chocolates when temperatures exceed 22 degrees Celsius nationwide. As soon as the temperature permits, we will immediately ship the handmade chocolates in order of order number. Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather, but we will do everything we can to ship them as quickly as possible.

Didn't receive package?

Check the package's Track & Trace code. You'll find the Track & Trace code in your shipping confirmation.
Please check this link on the Track & Trace page to see if the delivery timeframe has been shifted.


Is the delivery address you entered correct?

Did you perhaps receive a "Not at Home" message? Your package may have been delivered to your neighbors, or the delivery driver may have rescheduled the delivery time.
If you still do not receive a package, please contact us.

Right of withdrawal and returns form

  • You have the right to cancel/return your order up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason.
  • You will then receive a full refund of the amount excluding shipping costs within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories (including any gifts and samples).
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the package to the address below.
  • The costs for returning the product from your home to our online store are at your own expense.
  • Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means our online store is not liable for damaged or lost returned items. Therefore, always ask for a Track & Trace code and keep it in a safe place. We do not accept damaged packages.


Exceptions to Returns

We do not accept returns if:

  • Products damaged by you.
  • Packages that are not sufficiently franked.
  • Products made by Candyshop Lolo specifically at the customer's request.
